SHIPPING POLICY

At Crowné, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably.

Shipping methods
We offer delivery via trusted courier and parcel machine services:
- DPD courier delivery and parcel machines;
- Omniva parcel machines.

Shipping regions
We currently ship to Latvia and other European Union countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@crowne.lv.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Latvia: 1–3 business days;
- Baltic countries: 2–4 business days;
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and external factors.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Failed delivery / uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected from a parcel machine within the specified time or delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Delays and liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the order.
