At Crowné, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@crowne.lv. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@crowne.lv if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products;
- Gift cards;
- Sale items (unless faulty);
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us at info@crowne.lv. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
European Union 14-day withdrawal right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@crowne.lv.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
